Gordon Firemark (gordonfiremark.com) has practiced media and entertainment law in Los Angeles since 1992. Widely known as The Podcast Lawyer™ (ThePodcastLawyer.com), he has spent his career helping creative industry professionals make deals that make sense, and that get their productions developed, financed, produced, and distributed.

His practice also covers copyrights, trademarks, business transactions, and corporate matters for clients in media and entertainment. He is the producer and host of the Entertainment Law Update podcast (http://entertainmentlawupdate.com ), and More, Better, Faster! His undergraduate degree in radio, television, and film from the University of Oregon and his experience in film, television and live theatre production inform his thinking about all things legal. In addition to busy law practice, he teaches Entertainment Law at Columbia College Hollywood, Intellectual Property and Media Law at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, and Contract law at Pepperdine Law School.
