When you google for leadership, most of the search results come up with a corporation and its positions. I am an entrepreneur; so will be writing more from that point of view. Team building is common in both areas, but it differs when you are working for your small business, for your goals; instead of working for a corporation and corporation’s, your boss’ goals.

We got started on our business just to make some money, to create choices, options in our lives. Who knew that this business would help us in each and every areas of our lives? But that surely happened, now it is our chance to spread our blessings to others.


This is a social media era and when you are finding out any new thing, we want you to have enough information and trust about the project you are looking into and that is why we want you to have complete information about our mentorship team and our team wants to know relevant information about you; before we proceed further. That is why we have little longer screening process before they can start on our project.

Mindtool says: Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to “win” as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring. Yet, while leaders set the direction, they must also use management skills to guide their people to the right destination, in a smooth and efficient way.


Leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act toward achieving a common goal. If you want to achieve something really great, you cannot achieve with your own efforts; you will need a team. TEAM: together everyone achieves more. Leader motivates the team whereas boss or manager just instructs and tells them what to do, may instruct on how to do it. But leader says, let us do it together. Real leader is a server, he serves people. He brings out the best in other people. John Maxwell has written great books on leadership where he elaborates almost every point regarding leadership.


cci says these are the 10 essential qualities needed in any good leader. Integrity, Ability to delegate, Communication, Self-awareness, Gratitude, Learning agility, Influence, Empathy, Courage, Respect. According to me any good leader should be people-centric, he must think of what is the best for his team first. He has to put other people’s wellbeing before his own agenda, his own benefit.


There are various kinds of leaderships, everyone who wrote on leadership; they have their own categories. I don’t want to go into those details, since the goal of my short blog is just to give briefings on the topic. The following quotes will help and convey what I really want to convey.

“The pessimist complains about the wind. The optimist expects it to change. The leader adjusts the sails.” -John Maxwell


Great leaders develop more leaders so that the dream and goal can be achieved even if he “X” himself out. If a leader is happy having more followers then that leadership is mainly to boost his ego and it is not a soul-centric leadership. No doubt about it that initially leaders do need followers but leader’s focus should be how he can develop his followers into leaders. If a leader doesn’t have any follower, then surely he is not leading, he is just taking a walk.
