What is the shelf life of Artistry™ Advanced Vitamin C + HA Treatment, and how long can I use it after it’s been opened?
The shelf life of the unopened product is three years from the manufactured date (located on the box). Once the product is activated by pressing the button and mixing the 100% pure vitamin C powder with the serum, we recommend that the product be used within 30 days to ensure full product efficacy. NOTE: As the activated Treatment nears the 30-day point, customers may see a yellow tint develop in the formula. This is a helpful visual indication that the product is nearing the end of its peak potency.
Can I use my current Artistry™ regimen with Artistry™ Advanced Vitamin C + HA Treatment?
Yes! Artistry™Advanced Vitamin C + HA Treatment was designed to be added to your existing Artistry™ regimen. Use it before your daily treatment products (example: personalized serum).
Follow the Artistry™ 4-Step Regimen
Step 1: Cleanse — Shop Cleansers

After cleansing and toning use Artistry™ Intensive Skincare Advanced Vitamin C + HA Treatment
Before using the product, you must activate it as follows:
Remove the dropper from the serum-filled bottle and replace with the innovative activating cap. For your convenience, the carton has been designed to hold the dropper during the next few steps.
Firmly press the button on top of the cap to release the 100% pure vitamin C into the serum.
Shake for 30 seconds, until the powder completely dissolves.
Replace the activating cap with the dropper.

If you see bubbles after shaking, don’t worry. They will not affect the Treatment and will go away in about an hour. To avoid seeing bubbles, activate it the night before the first use. If the Treatment feels grainy or gritty on skin after activation, the powder has not fully dissolved. Shake vigorously for another 30 seconds.

To apply after initial activation:

Place 4 or 5 drops of the activated Treatment onto the palm, then apply to face with fingertips. Apply all over, concentrating on visible expression lines while avoiding direct contact with eyes.

As the activated Advanced Vitamin C + HA Treatment nears the 30-day point, you may see a yellow tint develop in the formula. This is a helpful visual indication that the product is nearing the end of its peak potency — and that it’s time to order a new bottle. While the product remains safe to use, after 30 days we recommend activating a new bottle.
