According to need, add contents of two level tablespoons (approximately 12.5 grams) to an 240 mL (8 fl. oz.) glass of milk, fruit juice, vegetable juice or other liquid. Sweeteners or flavors may be added, if desired. Stir rapidly for 45 seconds or shake vigorously in a covered container.

Carbohydrates are an important nutrient in a well-balanced diet and this product provides both complex carbohydrates and simple sugars. BodyKey by Nutrilite™ Meal Replacement Shake Mix is intended to replace a regular meal while providing you with the nutrition you would otherwise get in a well-balanced meal. We recommend mixing 2 scoops or one ½ cup (57 g) with 10 fl. oz. (approximately 300 mL) of cold water. This shake is best enjoyed shortly after mixing.

Are there any other physical states/conditions for which use of this product is contraindicated?

There is no evidence of any contraindications with use of this product. However, those under supervised medical care should consult with their physician before using this product. For those who are considering using this product for weight loss, they should note that this product is intended for use as a part of an energy-restricted diet and not as the sole source of nutrition. Can you take this product after it has expired?
