I learned this very hard way. When I got started into our business, first few years I kept on building business for ego, for other people’s applause. Then what happened, whatever business I had built collapsed like a sand castle. I really understood in that valley what my priorities should have been. I did have mentors that time guiding me, mentoring me; but I was the one who was full of ego, not listening to them.
