What is this question? Majority people will say that; but very few, who have created assets for themselves and have money working for them, will just smile at this question and will say oh we figured this out long back.

We got started on our business just to make some money, to create choices, options in our lives. Who knew that this business would help us in each and every areas of our lives? But that surely happened, now it is our chance to spread our blessings to others.

This is a social media era and when you are finding out any new thing, we want you to have enough information and trust about the project you are looking into and that is why we want you to have complete information about our mentorship team and our team wants to know relevant information about you; before we proceed further. That is why we have little longer screening process before they can start on our project.

So, back to our topic, when you see yourself and everyone around you working for money, this question is kind of weird; right? The Balance says there are 4 ways money can work for you; like budgeting, saving, getting out of debt and investing etc. Warren Buffet suggests to invest money, but for that you need money to invest. The real strategy which appeals to me is Robert Kiyosaki’s. He says create assets which can create cashflow for you. If you happen to read his books like Rich Dad-Poor Dad; Cashflow Quadrant, Business of 21st century; they will clearly tell you that you can create assets which can create cashflow for you.

Above image shows how money works for you. We learned it from the people who have business all over the world and literally the sun never sets on their business and we wanted to have business like them so we started taking mentorship from them. First thing they told us is to invest in ourselves; upgrade our thinking, mindset. Choose a business which has global reach, which works on commodities and then invest in that business or become a partner in such kind of business.

Anyway, that has been strategy of Warren Buffet too, he always invested in commodities and always diversified. Then they told us select a few ambitious, accountable and action oriented people; who can be on the board of your company and invest in them. The team also told us the principle of Lee Iacocca that it is better to get 1% of 100 people instead of 100% of just you alone. That is the way franchise works, but in traditional franchise only the creator got the benefit of on going income where as in this model, anyone who partners; gets the same benefits.

So, what is the bottomline, create assets; not liabilities and have on going income stream. Many people think their house is an asset but if you are living in it then it is not; but if you do AirB&B then surely it is an asset. The same thing is with your car, if you are driving it then you are not creating a cashflow but if you Uber it then surely it is an asset. We didn’t do either of these 2 but got hold of commodities business online which disrupted traditional way of grocery shopping and created choices, created assets for our lives and now legacy for our next generations.
